“This is my go to place when I want to go to the beach”

“I had to attend a convention in San Antonio and I needed to bring my dog with me so I selected the Omni... And boy am I glad I did! The service not only for myself but for my dog was better than a 10! They went above and beyond getting to know me as well as my dog! The room was also wonderful overlooking the pool and the bed was very comfortable! Even though the hotel has been recently remodeled I feel like they did a great job keeping some old world charm and rustic elements to make it warm……

“没有想象的那么好，有些吵杂的声音，小孩晚上也没睡好一直哭，当我抱着小孩到楼下去的时候见到柜台小姐我跟她打招呼她居然没有理我！”

“Very nice facility”

“I stayed for 2 nights. Valet parking was great and made it very easy. Staff was also very friendly. The hotel is older so you do have an older smell to the hall ways and the rooms. The room was nice and big. The water pressure was not very good in the shower or the sink. Breakfast was good and coffee was made earlier than the breakfast which is a plus for early risers. The only real complaint I would have and this was not their fault but there was a party going on in the building next door so……

“喜欢地理位置，观看烟花安排的很好，指示明显，安全。不喜欢的是卫生太差，房间和楼道的走廊卫生都很差。我住了两晚，外面离电梯口走廊的垃圾就没清理过，很明显。房间里一个房间有瓶装水，一个房间没水，洗浴用品一个房间全是护发素，没洗发水没身体润肤露，没浴室地垫，地上还有前房客留下的垃圾没清理干净，也许新年期间，清洁工较忙。前台一男士接待员服务不好，2019年12月30日办理入住的2250，2251房间，我入住时说明要高层和尽量可以看到烟花的房间，但是他却给了我两间凹的角落的房间，窗户外的右面是一大片玻璃墙。我下去找他调换房间，我说尽量两间一起，但只给了我一间2566房间给我父母，另一间依然凹的角落房间，没变，我两天都要上下层跑来跑去照顾父母。自助停车也没帮我办理好，他告诉我办理在2250卡上，家人取车用不了房卡，被收费$9。估计以后不会再入住了。”

“Room 306, while clean to the look, was dirty. the walls, headboard and pictures had finger prints and what looks like kids buggers all over them. there were also small spots of black mold on the walls. The shower and sink did not drain quickly and took 20 or more nimutes before it could be used again. It was probally do to other quests rinsing sand from their swimsuits off it them.”

“I like that the check in was super fast and the person in charge was very nice, there is parking and breakfast ”

“Overall, it was a descent hotel. Not fancy by any means. But it’ll do if you just need to find a place to sleep. ”
