“Great area.. walking distance to beach..room was clean and a nice size..when we arrived the office was closed but we were given clear instructions on how to enter our room without any issues..they even allowed us to stay an extra hour without paying any late checkout fees..I would definitely recommend this place to others!”

“We had a wonderful time. Being in a top floor, we had vaulted ceilings, spacious two bedroom and 2.5 bathrooms. A large fully equipped kitchen. W/D, fireplace, deep tubs…it was so nice. Our east side view also gave us the wonderful AM sunlight streaming thru our bedrooms in the morning. I would recommend doing spot cleaning for the couches and carpets. We also were almost back broken due to the stiff mattresses. Few issues that we made work: jacuzzi was out of order during the visit, fire……

“this was a very large and comfortable room the dressing and bathroom area were amazing great lighting and space we were attending a wedding. All was very clean and private with the separate bungalows. However the rooms did not have in room phones so it was not easy to communicate with the front office. ”

“We had an ocean view, next to the little river or inlet. Lovely on the balcony! The unit clearly is a bit dated. While clean, it had carpet stains and tears, but all the fixtures worked well and the overall experience was just superb. We would go back.”

“Booked this villa due to price, location, but primarily facilities in property, such as themed kids rooms, games room pool and cinema as we were a party if 11 wanting space and entertainment. A.phitos on booking site did not do the place justice - it was amazing and the resort facilities such as lazy river, slides and club house were an added bonus. Location was central to all attractions and check in was easy. Had a small maintenance problem which was dealt with immediately and the whole……

“We had a very nice stay at the tiny house! (Keep in mind, it is tiny) But very comfortable!! An unique experience and the property was outstanding compared to all the other units in the vicinity. It had a nice spacious canal front deck, and kayaks with a launching deck. Complete mini kitchen and great coffee preps. The beds were very comfortable and unit was very clean and updated. Decorated nicely! Loved the loft! Great alternative to a hotel room. We would definitely stay at Matlacha Tiny……

“The bungalows are a very chic (black and white decor), modern and very clean establishment. The entrance and bathroom were wheelchair accesible (which is not something we needed) but it was nice to see for those who do. The daylight coming through the windows was amazing and the higher placed, rectangular window allowed for an amazing view no matter where your bungalow is located. ”

“Very clean and updated! Only thing, the AC didnt work in our room nor in the living room nor kitchen. Our room was 80° when we got there and it wouldnt come on. They gave us 2 other rooms to choose from and they were both fine. We have friends in CA and would like to bring them over sometime so hopefully this issue can be resolved soon. Thank you much!”

“The peaceful nature reserve surrounding the property was incredible full of birds that we didn’t recognize. Swimming in the private pool after a full day of theme parks was so relaxing .”

“The home was filled with kids coloring books, games, essentials, and pool toys. There were plenty of towels, bedding, & pillows. Everything was labeled so it made it stress free on finding things or trying to figure out what button worked what. We were very pleased and highly recommend!! Thank you!!”

“This is a big home and was perfect for us. There were even some rooms that we didn't even use. Clean, great location, had everything we needed and wanted along with a pool! We couldn't have asked for more.”

“Condo was clean but dated from 1990's, Grounds overgrown around pool which was far from room. Grills are charcoal and old so we cooked in room. We did not know 2nd floor and I mentioned recent back surgery no interested in moving us. Charged my credit card money for cleaning fee and I had paid in full? Removed when I left but I had to check when I returned home. Then asked for customers to take out the garbage and then there was a tip envelope for maid? No daily maid service...”

“My family and I checked in @4pm. We were met by Mama T who gave us the 5 cent tour. The house was beautiful and clean and ready for us. Minutes from downtown and the beach, it sits in a prime location. We look forward to returning to Hawaii and hopefully staying here again. Highly recommend 👌”
