“We absolutely loved our stay at Tuscan Blue. The location to the beach and pool was extremely convenient. The street was quiet and charming. We have 3 kids under 5 and the bunk beds (plus a pack n' play) worked perfectly for our family. The property was clean and very well managed. The property even has a nice surprise for kids ... definitely recommend and would book again.”

“The place was very cute but I'm not sure the person renting the place realized there would be a ton of loud construction that woke us up in the morning and the hot water did not work. The kitchen was adorable but there was a window with wood rot that needed to be replaced. Over all, I would stay here again in a pinch but the hot water was Definitely a breaker for me”

“The house itself is good and location is great. Dealing with Vacasa is frustrating. First, there is currently construction going on in the front yard building a new main residence. They should inform you of this before you book and post actual pictures of the current situation. They added a small note in the check-in instructions sent the day of arrival. There were construction trailers parked in front so we weren’t able to park at the property. The drives on either side belong to other homes so...

“We loved our time at this property. It definitely has a Cali vibe and is well appointed and maintained. We had a car but you don’t need one. Seaside and Watercolor are a quick walk or bike ride from this spot. It’s easy to walk to Seagrove Market, the beach and Watercolor shopping center. The property has everything you need before you head out on your way!”

“When we arrived the door was open, the room was dirty with a bad smell the house was behind another house there was no light at night my daughter fell I didn't have internet and I couldn't work at home they never did anything to help me two people came into my house at two in the morning since the door did not work, the worst vacation with my children”

“Convenient location with parking. Looks just like the pictures. Comfortable bed. Nice to have access to bikes and beach chairs. If planning to use the Wi-Fi, be aware it is not reliable and is weak, especially in the evening. Lea indicated she pays extra to boost the Wi-Fi and that it doesn’t work well when the town is full with visitors.”

“Nos alojamos en el área bayside, es una habitación sencilla pero puedes encontrar piscina y un café (sunset café bar) cerca. Hay muchas actividades diferentes para hacer, la playa queda un poco retirada aunque puedes alquilar carritos de golf y hay un bus que te puede llevar sino tienes transporte propio. Difícil parquear en la zona de la playa en algunas horas. ”

“We had 4 generations (ages 1- 68) stay at the house. 16 people in total. We had the best time. The location is perfect. Being right on the beach with 6 kids under 8 was perfect. The photos don't do the home justice. We felt it was even more beautiful in person. There was room for everyone to be together and plenty of room for everyone when you wanted a little quiet time. The pool was heated perfectly. Everyone loved swimming, even after the sun went down. We're already planning next years stay.”
