“We loved the location of this property. Overall a great place. Just a few suggestions. The towels and linen should be replaced - very wore and stained. We rented for 10 days and no one came to mow or cleaned up the outside of the property. Looked like it had not been mowed for a few weeks, very overgrown and just a mess.”

“Rental was in a very nice neighborhood. Property manager was very quick to reply to a couple questions I had. Only thing I would recommend is changing mattresses; they were very firm.”

“The property is in a very safe and quiet community on a golf course in the southern parts of Charlotte. The neighbors are friendly and the community is clean. I used the property to attend the Nascar Race Weekend at Charlotte Motor Speedway, which is about 35 minutes away. This is a perfect property for a small group to the Charlotte area.”

“House has new recliner sofas that were so comfortable. Loved the soaking tub and the backyard. Kitchen was well stocked and we had coffee for each day plus water bottles and snacks. We absolutely loved the house and neighborhood. We walked to the park several times, it's safe and neighborhood is friendly. Owners were great and went above and beyond.”

“Although we didn’t get to enjoy the property very much it was really beautiful. The lake views are gorgeous. The suite is private and just as described. Really comfy bed, nice towels, coffee and coffee supplies. Dawn is really nice and we talked to her a couple times while we were there. We didn’t need anything but if we did she was very accessible and the communication was great. We would definitely stay there again if in the area. When you get there you will be greeted by two or three huge,……

“The home was clean and had thick towels. A pluss in my book. The internet was not working. However, the response was quick and the problem was fixed quickly. We originally booked the home for four nights, but needed to add additional nights. The owner was quick to reply and was able to accommodate us. I would stay there again.”

The photos were very accurate, the property was well maintained, and the kitchen had everything we needed for food preparation and serving. “Property was nice and clean. Had arranged with host to check in by 1:00 but he/she did not send check in information. He finally arrived about 1:20 and asked us to wait a few minutes so he could fold some clothes. We were in a hurry because my grandson was graduating at UNCC at 3:00. When we got back to the property that night, we found out that we did not have any bath cloths. Thus the low rating on communication. Otherwise, the one night stay was fine.”

“This home had lots of space, and other than it not having a hot tub like I had initially seen when booking the place, our stay was great! We made smores, celebrated my daughter's birthday and had good time playing games. The host was nice enough to get us cupcakes and balloons for the celebration which was awesome!!! The place was on a quiet street, and we felt safe. We would stay here again if needed.”
