“The remodeled rooms in the hotel are lovely. Clean & simple. The contractors left a lot of grout and scuffs on the countertops, tub, etc so it looks a little dirty but that’s not the hotels fault. The exterior grounds of the hotel could use some cleaning up. It would be lovely if they could add some seating outside. There is one bench next to a trash can. Probably one of the better places we have stayed in the Thornton area. Pet deposit is a little steep at $50/per night.”

“My family and extended family stayed at the Fairfield for a wedding event. We stayed in a executive King suite and found it very spacious and clean. All of the housekeepers were very friendly and the front desk helpful. The breakfast each morning was simple- eggs, bacon, sausage, oatmeal, bisquits and gravy, cereal- was a great amenity as if filled us all up before we went exploring during the day. It also was located close to a Tikki bar that we all attended after the wedding for a……

“This was our 2nd time staying at this property. Once in Jan 2020 and this time in May 2024. It was just as nice this time as it was in 2020. Easy to get to, lots of dinning options. It is a 5 minute walk to the "YardHouse" that is all sidewalks. Excellent place to stay in Denver. Highly recommend.”
