"I’m a returning guest, and I enjoyed my experience at the Park Lane Hotel. Everything was very nice and I felt very comfortable during my stay. My concerns… the mini fridge was not stocked with anything, zero snacks and drinks. No ice machine on my floor, or anywhere else, nothing, but there’s an ice bucket in the room?? And no coffee machine in the room or coffee pods. Unbelievable. What does the daily resort fee cover? WIFi? I’m sure they negotiate a discount rate for WIFI, but every guest...

"The guest services, housekeeping, maintenance all nice and helpful. But our toilet started running and couldn’t flush after awhile but got that fixed. Then our sink and shower drain all backed up, not good drainage. There were only two elevators for a big hotel like that and one was inoperable, waiting for the elevator was frustrating at times because we had to wait for a long time and got filled so fast, many had to wait for it to come back to them. Otherwise a nice hotel."
