"This stay was just what our family needed. Enjoyed plenty of time relaxing by the pool with our kids and dog. Also, we were close enough to the beach, but not too close. The bikes were a huge plus to have so that we did not have to deal with parking when going to the beach or restaurants. Owner was very easy to communicate with and very quick to respond. "We enjoyed our stay at the Cason House. We were there for a wedding that was in Callahan. The location was perfect for us and close to everything in the Amelia Island area. We arrived three days before the wedding so we could explore the area. We had six people in our party and the house was very comfortable for all of us, including my 94 year old dad. Enjoyed sitting on the front porch having coffee every morning. Privacy was good as the house is the last one on a dead end street."

"Great apartment very close to the beach and restaurants. Exactly as you see in the pictures. Well equipped. It is nice to have a small view of the ocean from the balcony. Master bedroom does not have a shower, so we used it as half bath. It was also nice to have 2 parking spots, but the spaces are very narrow, so it is difficult to park a bigger car. Overall, great place for vacation and great communication and instructions from the owners. We enjoyed our stay.😊"
