"This property was basically the perfect stay, the views and location were absolutely breathtaking. Super spacious for our family of six, super comfortable furniture and all the necessities. The only thing to note was a few dead roaches but it is a property right near the water in a tropical location and there was never any living insects that were bothersome and the washer is quite small so keeping up with washing beach towels is a process as the washer only held 3 at a time. "My husband and I celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary and our daughters 15th wedding anniversary. We loved the condo. The views were breath taking. This was our first stay in Kapalua and we loved it. The restaurants were great. My husband and I enjoyed walking on the trails, watching for whales and sitting on the trails to watch the sunset. "Beautiful views of the golf course and ocean, the lanai was enjoyable for breakfast and dinners. A couple things to take note of, there are 17 stair steps to the bedroom, and routine maintenance of the golf course begins before sunrise."

"Great location! Wake up and enjoy a walk through the beautiful Kapalua neighborhood. Drop by the Honolua store for your morning coffee, breakfast, lunch, dinner, or snack. Walk or take the shuttle to the beach, restaurants, or golf courses. If it’s not a great beach day enjoy the clean pool that is right next door to the condo. Come back at night in time for a gorgeous sunset! For the price and location, you can’t go wrong renting this golf villa!"

"We wanted quiet and peaceful and that's what we got. We weren't expecting a 5-star unit but overall felt the unit was just "OK". The master bed is incredibly soft, so soft and mushy that it took considerable effort to change positions. Also, the A/C was designed to not go below the low 70s so if you run warm, something to be aware of. A few lights were out in the kitchen, one in the ceiling and one that illuminated the cooktop. Would have been a nice touch if a small sample of local coffee was...

"Great location Unit needs a few minor repaires-shower head, burnt out lights. We had an issue with a smoke detector alarm beeping on a Saturday evening and we were unable to get in touch with the property manager. We finally reached someone Sunday and they fixed the problem immediately."

"I don't like leaving good reviews because it may cause this unit to not be available when I want to return LOL...But this unit is the cleanest I have been in after staying at many units at Kapalua...Extremely comfortable Bed, and nice appointments. Fully stocked kitchen (but could use a couple of steak knives for the Prime-Rib take-out days at the Honolua General Store). Will book this unit again in the future."

We booked this room for the last few days of our trip.We stood the first 5 days at a “fancy resort”,needless to say this was totally worth the price and location. We will be back in December and definitely be booking Napili Sunset for the majority of our stay. Just as short walk out to the water. "
