Absolutely loved the property and overall experience and culture of Key West. This was my first time and was very impressed. The staff were very kind and took good care of us when we got locked out of our room safe. We also asked for more decaf coffee for the room and they gave us enough for our entire stay. Very comfortable room with a great view. Also liked the text messages that started the day we were to arrive. Very convenient. Will stay there again. Thank you and be proud of yourselves!!

It was a little deceiving to pay over $500 for ocean front yet not have much time to see outside the window due to the huge cruise ships docked right outside. The dog’s incessant barking next door was quite obnoxious. Called down and the desk attendants tried to help but couldn’t do much other than call and make sure someone was in the room with the dog.

Amazingly friendly and helpful staff. gave four stars ‘On property conditions’, because I got stuck for a minute in one of the elevators. Loved, the fact that it has 3 EV chargers on property. And it’s actually more convenient than valet parking for EV chargers

The location of the Opal Key was excellent with walking distance to Duval Street and other attractions. The resort itself was clean but really needs some updating. The price paid does not reflect the condition of the property.
