"The area was very noisy at night the loudest disruption from 12am to 3:30am every night during my stay. Terrible! Facilities were old or in bad condition, my bed was broken, door of shower room was old and the first room I stayed had problem with the access code and the issue was not properly handled before I was assigned to stay that room. So I had to change to an other room starting from the second night. The reception counter was always empty and the call centre was hard to reach. It charged a lot but offered very poor service. Visitors occupied the lockers for nights without being checked and those who need the storage got problem to store their luggage after checking out. The assistance and luggage storage system must be reviewed and improved."
