“This is a great home for families. The home is spacious and the clubhouse great. The only negative would be it needs new carpet and mattresses and mattress covers. Also providing a bit more toilet paper would be nice and kitchen hand towels. Just small things. Overall really wonderful.”

“The house was perfect for the 6 families that shared it! We were there for a cheerleading competition and WDW, but found time to hang out together for dinner and breakfast at the house. The location was close enough to WDW parks, yet far enough away that we didn’t get caught in all of the resort noise. Our group is already discussing trying to grab this house next year!”

“Our experience was perfect in every way. The owner communicated extremely well and was very helpful in guiding us through our first time using VRBO. The house was immaculate and exactly as described. Beautifully maintained and decorated. Check-in was fast and easy. “The house had plenty of space for our crew. The bedrooms are large, plenty of bathrooms for each floor/guest, large kitchen and living room. The pool and hot tub are an added bonus with plenty of space for everyone. I enjoyed the gated community. Some of the neighbors around us were very loud and partaking in extra activities we weren’t pleased with. 20 -25 minutes to all Disney parks, airport and 35 - 40 to universal. Very close to grocery stores and popular eating/coffee choices.”

“Our home was nicely decorated and everything else was not worth staying at the property. Gates did not work properly so neighborhood did not seem safe. Communication between owners company was slow and took several tries to get problems solved. No return calls unless we initiated them. No area for trash removal as specified. No parking passes as specified. Location was not as described and it took longer to Disney destinations. Would not stay again because of these issues.”
