"This place is amazing. Once we checked in, we instantly inquired about an extension. We could not stay for just 1 night. You have everything you need to escape from reality here. The beach is amazing to walk during low tide and when it’s high tide, the kayak is there to use. The pool (jacuzzi) was relaxing. I am definitely looking forward to staying here again."

"We loved everything about the property. Make sure you have a 4 wheel drive or good SUV to navigate the road to the property. But once you are there, you will be enchanted with the amazing property, the views, the pool and all of the magical forest sounds around you. Bring all your food and drinks and enjoy this amazing property. I wasn't able to add pictures to this review for some reason but you will be amazed at the interiors and views. "

"This trip was very special as we were gathering as a family to celebrate the life of my wife's wonderful parents. The villa (including the location and the property itself) were an absolute positive addition to a time that was both a celebration and bittersweet. The property, the property manager were wonderful. "The condo was fantastic and exceeded all our expectations, and that is saying something having our three adult children with us. Being on the first floor, it gave us easy access to the pool that was never crowded and the beach was right there. The location was also central to many activities. We really enjoyed our stay. Our one suggestion would be to update the beach chairs provided by the owner. They are a little dated. Just a small thing for what overall was a great trip to PR."

"Super comfortable accommodations, very spacious rooms, all the kitchen appliances needed, easy and accesible communication with the host, and a great patio view. Big bonus having both infinity pools so close!"

"The photos don’t do the house any justice! The most amazing seven days vacation we’ve had in a while. The house was clean, fully equipped with everything we could possibly need to cook at home or barbecue outside. The pool looks very small in the photo, it is small, but it was enough for our group of 14 and there were up to five or six kids at a time and they loved it. Manager JB was a pleasure to work with and was always available when needed with suggestions on things to do in the area....

"The villa was well equipped and the location within the rio mar complex and the beach great. The host Lydia was very attentive and helpful. The only downside was that the oven did not worked and the air conditioning of the main area dripped water the whole stay. Asides from that it was a pleasant stay."

"The property was beautiful. The owner and his property manager were quick to help when the power went out. They got the generator up and running and a small portable ac unit to help cool it down. When the power came back on their electrician came right out and reconnected everything. When we were there the beach was covered in sea weed, from y understanding from asking around it’s just what it is this time of year. Your are very close to town, but not much else. "The property is clean and well kept. The hosts (maria & ramon) are extremely nice and go out of thier way to make sure your experience is everything you deserve. The property grounds are immaculate and the view is indeed, "the best view guaranteed". ALL of the 10 star ratings are accurate about the property and most especially, the hosts. It is a must book for those interested in this property, and a return visit back for my family and I."

"The property was well located, very clean and incredibly spacious. Steps from the clubhouse. The host was kind and very responsive. Only things worth noting: -i specifically verified the golf cart was included in our stay. When we arrived and asked where it was, i was told it was being repaired and that one could be made available to us for $60/day cash paid up front. -we learned the amenities of the resort (pool) were not included with the villas. "The home is just as pictured in the booking.Right on the beach, centrally located. We were able to visit the rainforest, jetski, horseback ride and RVT all within a five mile radius. The only area of concern was the outside area. The pillows need to be cleaned and the outside yard games were broken or missing pieces."

"Our host gave us great directions for self check in, though we had no idea had to call the elevator. But once other guests showed up to tell us how the elevator worked, everything else about the stay was great. We could walk to the beach, had easy access to the amazing Panderri bakery and restaurant, and easy access to the food kiosks. The sheets could use upgrading, but the bed and shower were great, and the refrigerator and microwave were welcome. "

"The hosts were friendly and helpful and the location to Luquillo beach was beautiful. The price was very reasonable too! The downsides were, it wasn’t super clean, not terrible, just not up to par with what I typically expect from a rental. There was lots of trash and broken things all around the property. None of the three grills was usable. The kitchen was I’ll equipped to handle the number of people who could stay there. The upside to that is that there is tons of great food nearby to go out...
