“Wonderful property and delightful hosts. The property is beautiful and has a pond with a paddle boat and kayaks on it. The Boardroom is a nice place to stay, even with 6 of us. A lot of ping pong was played and memories made. Exactly what we were looking for. Close to Deep Creek (~10-15 minutes). So you can go out for some adventures without much trouble.”

“Great little place in the country! We were in town for a WVU game and wanted a nice place to stay - great alternative to the hotels charging extremely high rates due to the game. Wish we had more time to spend and relax at the apt. Rooster on the property, so be ready for an early morning wake up call ;)”

“We were welcomed by Traci upon after a long day of driving. Her place is quiet and clean with comfortable beds, and the home baked goodies and fresh flowers are an unexpected treat. There are several restaurants within walking distance in the lovely downtown area of this quaint, historic town. We would definitely stay again when visiting the area.”

“Beautiful cottage on the water with lovely views, quiet and super-comfortable. It feels very private, although in a neighborhood, and easy and enjoyable walking distance to downtown Oxford, where there's a great deli and ice cream parlour. As someone else mentioned, I'd love to have outdoor lounge chairs. But given that I messed up our reservation (confused the nights I booked) and John rescued us, we are completely thrilled with our stay. Easy to cook a meal, make morning coffee and sit on the……

“Nice, clean, and quiet. My wife and I were visiting Baltimore for a weekend and the property is a short UBER to downtown. Victoria was a wonderful hostess with good communication through VERBO with us. The place was very cozy and relaxing to return to each night.”

“This place was nice and mostly clean (some ants roaming around the room). The room had a mini fridge and microwave. Which worked overall for what I needed. Only big issue I had was that the window needed black-out curtains, because at this renovated motel the lights stay on outside your room and shine in through the shades all night. So unless they fix this make sure you bring some eye shades unless you are not affected by light at night.”

“Very nice room. Air conditioner worked great, water got hot and sheets were clean! The room is decorated so cute and it had everything we needed including a small fridge and microwave. The Shaka pool bar was so much fun. Reasonably priced food and drinks and great atmosphere. The location is perfect too… close to beach, boardwalk, outlets, fancy restaurants and go carts.”
