"I visited last year and was impressed so I booked again this year. This year was disappointing. The furniture was old, chairs were broken, tables ready to fall apart. Furniture could use upgrade. Outside, the hallways were dirty, parking lot dirty, trash bins were always full everywhere and smelly. I love the swimming pools and utilized them every day. They were wonderful. The gas grills around the compound need thorough cleaning and some were not working or difficult to start the gas to come...

"Was able to get a room on the 1st floor but immediately saw that the bathroom floor was wet. After having to live with a wet floor for 10 days, they finally figured out that the leak was in the plumbing wall behind the tub. During a 12 day stay we had a total of 2 days we could walk into the bath without our feet getting wet. Then the water heater broke and there was no hot water. Now no shower or dish washing either. "Location was great. Hotel was clean. Staff very friendly. Only issue was checking in. We were supposed to have suite. Ended up with 2 adjoining rooms. We prepaid but were still charged for one room. Did receive a refund the next morning. Otherwise everything was great."

"The sofa had white stains on it and the room just had a weird odor in it. And the morning before we left we saw a roach on the kitchen counter. And they make the breakfast look like it has eggs bacon and all the above but all the have is sweet stuff. Me and my boyfriend were pretty disappointed with the breakfast. And overall cleanliness of our room."

"The property never updated their third party listing agent, RoomPicks, about changes to check in time. We showed up at check in time, as listed and confirmed in TWO emails- and they didn’t have a room for us. Hundred degree heat, loaded up with dogs and kids after hours on the road, and hotel management couldn’t care less. We contacted RoomPicks via Vrbo, and they wouldn’t refund us!!! We even had another neighboring hotel ready for us, but they REFUSED a refund after sending us the wrong...

"Everything was GREAT! Exactly how it was advertised. My group had a lot of fun staying here. I would definitely consider booking again in the future. My only complaint was that the hot tub took 24+ hours to reach its set temperature, and even then did not feel like it was to temp."
