We had a lovely stay. The service was good. A bit pricey considering, the rooms are outdated and worn. Many fountains were dry and not functionals. The food was ordinary and super expensive. The pools were crowded and the drinks watered down. However, staff were helpful and friendly. Our cabana server Donovan very attentive and delightful. The tv didn’t work in cabana unfortunately. All in all pleasant stay.

We loved the property, and we were only there one night ~ definitely would stay again. The pool had some tiles that needed fixing but that is literally the only thing we noticed that could be “negative.” However, I don’t like to focus on that. The amenities and views are amazing. The snacks are reasonable, and the food pricing is reasonable for a resort also ~ portions are generous! Room service was wonderful. Really enjoyed it and would stay again!

Wonderful hotel on the beach, with the great service overall. Stayed there with my husband and friends for 4 nights, and everything was top notch. Nice dining options at the hotel and around the area in a walking distance. Would definitely come back! Ocean and city view is amazing! Definitely recommend!

The staff it’s absolutely insane I notified them that because of my flight was delayed I was going to check in around 2 am of the next day of my reservation I also asked because of this inconvenience I needed at least one hour late check out the lady told me straight up no and when I asked to speak to a manager she threaten me told me that she would give me 30 minutes and if I went over the 30 minutes she was gonna charge me a full day extra I immediately left the premises and I will never come back they’re over rated and there’s absolutely nothing to do in this hotel even the bar closes super early and other than the pool this place is a waste of time and money do not come here you’ve been warned
