This is a wonderful place to stay, I came in after driving 25 hours and the owner was so accommodating getting me into a room early so I could rest. Wonderful family owned business that really focuses on customer service!

Very clean room right in the center of town. Friendly staff, and convenient check-in and check-out. This stay encouraged me to support local hotels and motels over the overpriced big chain establishments. I recommend San Juan Motel to every visitor to Anacortes.

It is an aged property but reasonably clean and a hard to beat price. The rooms we've had here typically include a small kitchenette and two large beds. Short walk to restaurants downtown.
