We arrived from out of town and waited for the receptionist at the desk to text us regarding our room we waited for hours to not be notify of our room and when called everyone was confused!!’ Very disappointing left early won’t recommend this hotel!!

Great location . Round the corner from 42nd street subway also lots of places to eat & drink . Room was a little dated but clean and very comfortable. No housekeeping unless you stay for over 7 nights ( never heard that one before ) Also hidden charges that were not mentioned when booking with Expedia
