Quiet and clean. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Enjoyed having a fridge and Keurig in the room. Shared a room with King bed with sister. Plenty of space. Yes there are homeless people on the street but were never bothered by them. Would definitely stay again.

Everything from checking in to checking out was excellent. It was convenient that the area had shopping/dining facilities. The parking garage was a couple buildings down from the hotel so that was also very convenient as well. I would recommend this hotel to others for easy access to places in NYC while being able to stay in a nice but clean hotel.

The hotel itself was what one would expect for the price. But the room had virtually nothing in the way items for us to use as a guide for ordering meals, writing, anything. Clean, yes. But still a bit of a toilet, I'm afraid to say.

Hilton Garden Inn New York Times Square is centrally and conveniently located within 8 minutes walk from Penn Station. Hotel is clean, friendly staff with free coffee and tea at the lobby area every morning. After 7pm, you need access card to enter the hotel. Nearby the hotel has many food options. The only setback is the path towards the hotel is dirty with daily litters as well as homeless people around the construction area.

The hotel is in a central location. However, there is constant drug use in broad daylight by the homeless and addicts. Major drawback.

Unfortunately, i didnt notice anything unique or standout with this property. However, it is in a good location for getting around and seeing sights. The lack of onsite dining is very inconvenient

I liked the walkable distance to all the attractions from here. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. I only wished that there was better in room services for complimentary coffee. The coffee machine seems to have been broken. Other than that it was a overall good experience

The check in desk Maria was a gem, so helpful and friendly . Also the manager David was always so available and helpful when we had questions about getting around the city. Rooms were spotless, quiet, small but big enough for the 3 of us ! Had everything we needed. My only concern is that we thought it would be closer to Times Square than it was.
