“I appreciated both the "modern and hip" vibe of this property, as well as the staff! Was in town working, so the I had to use the Wi-Fi, too. It's free and very fast! Cleanliness is top-notch and the rooms are quite spacious, and the decor is very nice and "hip!" Highly recommend!”

It turned out we were in a great area with lots of delicious dining options and a short walk from King Street which is the Main Street in Charleston. We walked everywhere. “The location of this inn was EXCELLENT! It was within 10 minutes walking distance from the areas major attractions- City Market (around the corner), Carriage Tours (next door), King Street, and Rainbow Row. Plus, tons of local restaurants. (Cru Cafe-right across the street, yummy!)The area beach (Folly Beach)was also accessible by Uber (30 minutes). “This apartment is a good fit for Charleston: quaint but updated with modern necessities. In addition to cleaning and nicely decorating, the management tends to details such as umbrellas next to the door, snacks and coffee in the kitchen, and toiletries in the bathrooms. The wifi was snappy, and we were able to connect the smart tv to our subscribed apps. The kitchen was fully outfitted for cooking, although we used it only for breakfasts. “Size wise smaller than advertised—too small for 4 people—will sleep 8 very uncomfortably. Was not cleaned at all. Counters were dirty, food in fridge, and minimal linens. Perfect for a couple maybe. Very convenient to Folly Beach life and serves the purpose for a business/leisure traveler or couple. Beyond that is questionable unless small children are the guests with 2 adults.”
