“For us the only down fall is the location. We found it far from the beach. It’s a good 15-20 min walk and we found it difficult carrying beach bag and toys.”

“Beautiful location and well maintained. Food and service were decent. Solid four star hotel, that has the potential to be an 4.5 or even 5 star with the right updates. Customer service all around was good but opportunity to be elevated. For example, the Royal benefits were lacking. We were bothered that there was no policing of people utilizing the VIP Royal space. Hotel should do a better job of ensuring those that pay for that benefit (ie pool, hot tub, space at the beach) are able to……

“An honest review from someone who doesn't usually go to All-Inclusive. We spent over Easter with three kids (7,5,4) and had a blast. The water slides were a huge hit; the beach was very nice, and kids played in the waves and boogie-boarded. The pools were also very nice, and you had choices between the "louder pool" and the calmer one. There were other activities for the kids to do throughout the day, which was nice.
