The hotel still feel new since it was only built 4.5 years ago. This is my second stay here and I love the hotel because is located near every I want, like Universal Studio is five minutes away and Disney is like less than 15 minutes, plus all the restaurants and shopping area are also a 7-10 minutes drive. Every time I stay here I always choose the studios king size bed room because is like a little apartment and very comfortable. The only downside this time was the waiting for the elevator since one of the elevator was broken during my whole stay there so I have to wait for the only elevator that was working and sometime it use to take a while since everybody was using that one plus the housekeeping staff use to always hold it up. The elevator was still not fix by the time I checked out. Also the housekeeper only clean your room after the 3rd day of your stay if you wish to have it clean before that your must notify the receptionist the night before. Overall I highly recommend this hotel, it’s clean the staff members are ok they aren’t the most friendly people, but they not rude either. I give the hotel a B
