"I was told to call 24 hours in advance, and the lady that answered said we did not have a reservation and she spoke very good English, and this was two phone calls one by me and one by my friend who is Panamanian. She said she had not dealt with Hotels.com since Covid, I booked another place not through hotels.com You refused to publish my review… and that is wrong wrong wrong. Hotels.com should fix the problem!"

"Communication was good and highly organized. We felt safe and didn’t need to lock up our bags or valuables at all times. Weather was rough (not their fault) so the stay was a challenge with super high winds and rain. The island was covered in trash nearly all the way around. "I stayed at the tree house unit. Very secluded and totally surrounded by nature with no neighbors. A few bugs but that is to be expected with an open kitchen area and sleeping in a tree house. Would highly recommend for the more adventurous. They also have private enclosed cabine to rent with all the facilities required. Pool are was very nice and all of the landscaping was excellent. Will definitely stay again in the future."

"We had a very nice stay at Cabanas Potosi. The host was was very helpful and communicative and made things easy for us. The place has a lovely garden. There are only four rooms I think, which makes for a quieter stay. If you are looking for something super fancy then this place is probably not for you. We will recommend this place to others."

"29/22 i stay with my family for three nights and 4 days the beds are not comfortable and the fan doesn't work the bathroom need cleaning, the worst part is the sandflyies we got bitten all over our bodies, the owners can do better with proper new nets and fan and maybe spray the place, after the first night we want to leave so bad.
