"Safe area, easy walking to resteraunts shops beach mini-ruins, and large pool that had 8 people playing in it at once. A few aspects of the house are on the older end, but as long as that doesn’t bother you, the house is spacious and was perfect for extended family get together. Age range from 8 to 50 of all personality types and everyone found a ton of things to enjoy. Highly recommended."

"Overall good value for the money, but the management gave up on the beach upkeep. Seaweed is a known problem in Mexico but in most places hotel at least tries to clean it up. We were hoping to spend some time on the beach but were quite disappointed. Also, Palace Elite is VERY pushy in offering their membership, which completely smashed our desire to come back to any Palace hotels. "
