While the hotel rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, I was disappointed with the quality and variety of the food. The hotel's overall cooling system was also inadequate, especially during the warmer months. Additionally, I encountered a significant number of insects in my room, which required me to eliminate them myself. The staff was helpful and accommodating, but the check-in process was slow and inefficient. The hotel's beachfront location and the pools were enjoyable.
Food: The quality and variety of the food fell short of my expectations. The buffet options were limited and repetitive, and the à la carte menu was overpriced.
Cooling: The hotel's cooling system was inadequate, especially during the warmer months. The air conditioning in my room was weak, and the common areas of the hotel were often stuffy and uncomfortable.
Insects: I encountered a significant number of small flying insects (resembling flying ants) in my room. I had to eliminate approximately 50 of these insects myself.
Check-in: The check-in process was slow and inefficient. There was often a long wait at the reception desk, and the staff seemed overwhelmed.
Positives: The hotel rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The beachfront location was beautiful, and the pools were enjoyable.
