“A private sanctuary in a quiet residential neighborhood. Access down a narrow gravel path and narrow steps, so beware. Spacious, and clean bathroom, comfortable bed. A good value!”

“We stayed here for two weeks as we waited for the closing on our house here in NC. The place was perfect for our needs. The office space allowed me to work easily. The location was within walkable distance to restaurants. The neighborhood was beautiful. Giovanni was responsive and very helpful! We highly recommend and works happily stay again! “Shower was awesome. Amazing water pressure Screen door on the balcony was great. Bed was comfy. Mini fridge made a high pitch noise that interrupted my sleep the entire night. Worn out rug and broken mirror on the closet. Needs a few updates but overall ok for the night.”

“This is a great property in a prime location near Downtown Raleigh. I had a minor issue with the AC unit running out of refrigerant but the host fixed the issue promptly and prorated me for the inconvenience. I will definitely recommend this host and property to friends.”
