“This is a great property in a prime location near Downtown Raleigh. I had a minor issue with the AC unit running out of refrigerant but the host fixed the issue promptly and prorated me for the inconvenience. I will definitely recommend this host and property to friends.”

“My husband and I were there for our 50th high school reunion and our Abnb experience helped make for a fantastic trip. It is a quiet neighborhood and the property is beautifully landscaped. The bed was comfortable and nice linens. The kitchenette was very clean and useful. The shower was a little different for us old farts but we got the hang of it! We had a small problem with the coffee pot and Ben came right down to check it out. He and his wife are lovely and helpful. The do not intrude on……

“Clean, attractive place with extremely comfortable bed and great kitchen and bathroom amenities (coffee pods and supplies, shampoo/body wash, hair dryer, dishes, and soaps) located conveniently near downtown near good food and bars. The seasons are changing, so there were some ants and small flies, but it was a small inconvenience. We would definitely stay here again!”

“I had a wonderful time in the cottage. It is quiet and enjoyable. The garden in the back is very peaceful, and my dog loved it there. It's in a nice neighborhood with limited noise, and would be a great place to walk your dog or enjoy the beautiful North Carolina sunsets.”

“The property is small as advertised but fit my daughter and I just fine. It was a great location for the NCAAW games we were there for and everything we did over the 3 days was easily walkable and rideable with the Cardinal bikes. The only downside is thin walls between units but thankfully it neighbors must've been gone the first 2 nights as we only heard them or last night.”
