"We visited right at the start of the season. Staying within walking distance of our favorite restaurants and bars was fantastic. Plenty of space for our crew and no issues with the house. When we arrived a vehicle was blocking our parking spaces. Owner answered our call first time and helped to resolve the issue quickly. Definitely would rent this property again."

"A very cute property in a great location - close to the main drag in town, near Dogfish brewery. We walked, biked, and drove - thanks to the passes - to the beach. Very quiet area to be; the AC worked great on the very hot days. Thank you!"

"Very nice cottage with 3 bedrooms and a really decent bathroom. The location is good, close to everything yet a little removed from the hustle-bustle. The host Bill is a great guy, good communication when you have a question and keeps the property in great shape. When searching for a place to rent this is one that belongs on your short list!"

"My wife and I got married at Baywood in Milsboro and stayed at this property over the weekend of our wedding with family and friends. It was an absolutely perfect location for the group. "The overall experience of our stay is good. The included breakfast is decent and the staffs are constantly refilling the foods. Easy access to tea, water and coffee in the lobby. Parking is a bit expensive. It's a busy hotel and there are times that we had to call multiple times in order to get services. There is also a performer dressed as a mermaid to interact with the guests at the pool every Thursday; the kids had a blast talking to her."
