This was a newly renovated hotel room but was so dark we couldn’t see in the room. Lighting was horrible. Only little tiny spot lights. Not a single decent lamp, and EVERYTHING in the room was dark gray. There wasn’t any direct sunlight into our room. Bathroom was very nice. No fridge in room. Coffee was horrible, Royal Cup. Not a fan. Buffet was being renovated so couldn’t eat there. Were not informed beforehand. Overall-meh. Phone was out and TV was out. Maintenance man fixed TV. He was really nice.

Checked in on Friday night of a busy three day weekend. Check process was quick and efficient. Rooms have been recently upgraded and look very nice. The entire inside of the hotel and casino looks very fresh and modern. Does not have a heavy cigarette smell like most casinos. The only thing I did not enjoy about our stay is that the beds are very uncomfortable and there are only two pillows on each bed. Everything else was great. We would definitely stay here again. Prices were also very affordable, compared to the other hotels in the area.

There was a beetle in our room. We stayed in the Birch tower, 5th floor. The rooms are very dim. The carpet is dark, so it was hard to see the bug/beetle on the rug. The pool is detached from the hotel. You have to walk out to the pool. Having said all this, the staff was very nice and helpful. The staff at Hannah’s Table was great and went out their way to serve you.

Ongoing renovation. The area around the hotel is a little stark but you can walk to other dining options if you don't want to eat at the casino. The room was recently updated but it was disappointingly dark. The view from the room was nice.
