Apology but no real concern & asked for a call from manager. Called manager myself because, of course no one called me. Told manager what happened. And was scolded because we didn't call the front desk to give "their" 3 warnings deal....I laugh at that! Compared that success to telling a neighbor their dog barks too much. You get nowhere. "The front desk was so friendly and helpful at check in. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. It was also quiet which was great after an 8 hour drive. We also had room services from their Luna cafe. It was delicious! We had the side Luna salads and the turkey and Brie sandwich. Yummy! Great place to stay in Ashland! "
