The shower was big and had a good water flow.For a week stay, more towels would be appreciated. The neighborhood is very walkable and has restaurants nearby. I would recommend the apartment”

“It's a nice old flat. The unit is the end apt. in like a 6 apt. house and edges on the street and an alley that is like a street. So, for privacy, I'd keep the curtains closed and didn't get the wonderful light in the picture. You get a parking pass for the street, but parking can be challenging so give yourself extra time. The kitchen was big and well equipped; it's great to have a washer and dryer, but the dryer is very noisy so don't plan on going to sleep with it running.”

“Convenient downtown location. Unit was exactly as shown- clean and updated. Sway was very responsive. The only inconvenience was the guests upstairs went up and down the stairs all night and hung out on the front porch until the early hours.”

“New construction home. Bed was great. Homes are still being built around this home. However, area was very quiet at night. TV had only streaming service channels. The TV was a smart TV, so I used my dish anywhere account and used AirPlay from my phone to watch my normal shiows. Very close to Sun City Roseville.”

“Perfect for us. We basically just needed a place to sleep.very comfortable, great shower and loved patio in front. No kitchen but did have coffee maker, microwave and frig. That was all we needed. Quiet at night and beds were very comfortable. Very clean and decorated very nicely.”

“We stayed here because we wanted to be close to the Golden 1 Center, perfect little place in a nice neighborhood, only about 20 minutes walking to Golden 1 so it was perfect”

“Great location! Everything is in such close proximity to the loft:) we stayed specifically for the Kings games at golden 1 center. We didn’t even rent a car. Short Uber rides everywhere. The DOCO has a lot to offer but I was pleased with the places walking distance from the loft. The temple for coffee. Cantina alley is fun and “The Sandwich Spot” always hits the spot. Definitely recommend”

“We visited sacremento specifically for the cancer hospital. This home was a 6min drive from the hospital which allowed us to save time on our commute. Since this was a last minute trip we arrived a lot earlier than expected. The owner was so kind to accommodate us checking in early to leave our things and go to hospital. The place is very clean and located on a beautiful street. I would come back as well as recommend this to anyone visiting! Thank you for your hospitality!”

“This was our first time staying in Sacramento. Been to it and thru it a million times but have never stayed!! This cottage/home/neighbirhood. Felt like home. ABSOLUTELY gorgeous neighborhood! Immaculately clean and super well equipped! We might come back just for fun next time. We were in town for a volleyball tournament and didn’t get to relax or enjoy the serenity of this property! The owners were so accommodating, gracious, sooooo easy to contact. I just cannot say enough good things about……
