"We loved staying at this place. Not too big and not too small. Just right and very comfy!"

"The place was nice and clean. I was expecting my security deposit back and I did not receive it cause I was charged for some towels and bed sheet that was stained $225 dollars not fair! Even tho we fixed the broken handle on the stove and our door went bad since the fridge didn't keep our food cold enough. I did not want to complain cause I really they wasn't gonna play me with my deposit but that was very unfair all of that comes off in the wash I'm sure "

"The house is comfortable with great views of the ocean. Fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Very clean. The only was the beds are a bit hard for our liking and the parking garage is a very tight fit if you are a mid-size or larger vehicle. You may have to park on the street, which is not a big deal. Overall a nice place to stay. Will stay there again."

"The unit was beautiful with windows and two bedrooms. The place was very clean and comfortable and we enjoyed the deck. It was perfect for meeting our needs three girlfriends traveling together. We enjoyed the pool and the terrace deck as well. I’m glad I chose this location."

"We had a wonderful weekend at the Beach Villa home. The location was superb, and the place was clean and inviting. Depending on your vacation preferences, it's worth noting that the two bedrooms are quite small, with limited space around the bed. However, the mattresses were comfortable, and the corner windows helped alleviate any feelings of tightness, especially in the room with the northwest-facing view of the ocean. (lovely!) "House was perfect. Location great just as advertised. Plenty of room for four adults. Came to watch two baseball games. Although we did not use kitchen it was rather nicely equipped. Neighborhood was good and car safe in gated garage. Also great communication with owner. Thanks Steve"

"Place was clean, but that is about it. amenites advertized were not accessible, thye double charges us: charges us for the stay as well as what we paid, then accused of stealing a table, leaving "poop" behind, (which we did not do either charges us $400.00 additional cleaning) charges us for a key that was returned, and we were there for less than 4 days..."

"Needed short rental due to house fumigation. This was close to our home and provided what we needed for 3 days. Host was amenable to a couple of not usual requests. Parking area turn around is tight. Better to back in from street. Overall great for 2 people"

"My only problem was that the heater was on non-stop the 1st night and i had no access to control it. The other thing that turned me off was the mice poop in the shower…..i can send a picture if needed…but that is gross. Otherwise, the bed was comfortable, the wifi worked, the t.v. was fine."

The homeowner that lives upstairs was quiet. if you look at the pictures, you'll know exactly what you're getting, and it's less than 5 minutes to major roadways. "Stayed with family for competition at events center. Conveniently located. Easy to get to center. Quiet safe neighborhood, beautiful home, layout was great for us, but might be a challenge for families with small kids due to 3rd room in basement and separate unit sort of but that is great for families with teens or multiple families. Close to mall and restaurants but still quiet. I was able to run to Bay Trail (about 4 miles away) which is beautiful but if you don’t want to run there it is a...
