Hostess was very helpful, we got our rooms upgraded to a suite which was a bonus and because we use Expedia, we got a discount on the parking. I like the cleanliness of the property and room. The mattress was just perfect comfort to sleep on. Their parking garage is literally on their facility which was great! The Breakfast which was included was also great and delicious! Thanks Riu Hotel for making our stay wonderful!

the hotel is very nice clean and comfortable, however there should be something done about the soundproof in the rooms. We could literally hear the guest above us walking back and forth all night long. The next door guest also were quite noisey at night and could hear lots of voices thru the walls. The breakfast buffet was great and the staff was great as well. But, not sleeping well at night puts a damper on our moods.
