"Three night stay before road trip. The hotel is fine and has plenty of character being one of the older buildings in the area, a bit different from a modern bland hotel. Staff were helpful & friendly. No breakfast but the cookies were amazing and they provide water, tea, coffee & fruit. "We travel to San Francisco between 1-5 times every summer to attend Giants games. We love staying at The Clancy! It feels very safe and is only a short walk to Oracle Park. The location is also a quick uber away from tons of other things to do. The staff is always polite, though sometimes the wait at the bar or from a server is a little excessive.... though never so long that it would deter us from ordering again. We were there 2 weeks ago and will be back again next month. "

"Property is very nice in a great location. I booked two rooms for myself and another couple. Booked two king bed rooms and only received one king and one queen. They said they could possibly move us into a king in a day or so, did not happen. Not sure if this is an Expedia problem or the hotel. Booking clearly stated each room was to have a king.
