No microwave in rooms.
Air conditioner makes some noise. Can't sleep with air-conditioner on at night.
Lamp can't be turned on.
Nearby comunnity has lots of homeless people wandering around at night.
Generally good hotel. Some places need improvement.

Invoice with incorrect amount for our 2 night stay
2 night / 2 rooms stay for business.
Good stay for traveling but not good for business, no elevator. Checked in on Nov/01 and was informed we are charged for 1 night per room under the credit card when make room reservation via Hotel.com before our arrival. We informed reception we want to pay separately so need her process refund 1 night to my credit card then charge 2 nights to my colleague. When checked out we found my colleague's invoice amount should be same as mine but it is not, we found there is one amount around USD 250 in other charge, no one knows what is other charge and reception cannot answer us either. He promises to find out what's going on and will send correct invoice to me after weekend but still waiting it for now!! Can't believe this.

La habitación como tal estaba muy bien. Muy limpia y bien equipada. Lo malo es que está en un garaje. Solo dispone de una pequeña ventana que da a un espacio con poca ventilación. En otros paises muy probablemente estaría prohibido.

The staff at the property are friendly and responsive. The overall appearance of the property and particularly the bedrooms needs improvement. One stairwell is very cramped, a tight squeeze. The carpeting in the hallways needs to be re-done. The lobby dining area is small, and breakfast is very basic. The room bathroom is ok, standing shower is good.

The staff was really nice and the location was fine. We had what appeared to be the only room on the bottom floor and it was very noisy. The bed was comfortable, but the lamp in the room didn't work, the layout was a little awkward, and the noise from the people talking all night in the lobby kept everyone awake.

The Signature is very convenient for access to the city. There are many transportation stops within walking distance to the hotel. They have limited space for parking which cost $30/night. It can also be very tight if it’s full. The hotel was going through some renovations including installing an elevator so it currently isn’t wheelchair accessible. There is a set of stairs that they direct you to through the parking area that is pretty narrow, but there is another set of stairs adjacent to those that will give access to the opposite end of the hall on each floor. These were really convenient for me since my room was across the hall from these stairs.
The room was very clean and clearly recently renovated. It had the typical hotel amenities and The floor has a shared microwave if you need to heat up any food.
I would say that the hallway floors were a little uneven and creaked a little as you walked down them. Seems like they were wooden floors that they laid thick carpeting down over.
The hotel was very secure being in the area of the city that it is. Access to the lobby requires a room key and the garage remains closed.
