"Owners/desk staff were very friendly and eager to accommodate. We arrived early and they were more than happy to check on a room to get us into. Room was very clean and beds very comfortable. it was our first time to San Francisco and it helped to have local mom and pop shops very close by. Notably, would recommend Happy Donut, right around the corner. We had coffee, egg sandwiches and donuts there. Excellent! For water bottles and snacks we visited a local grocer who also was very friendly....

"I found the Pacific height inn to be very nice. it is not the Ritz so if you want all the bells and whistles, go elsewhere, but I would definitely stay here again. The room was good size, bathroom very modern. In a fairly good neighborhood. Bus stops close to the Hotel. We took public buses all over San Francisco. parking was a little tight, but we were always able to park."

"The place was nice and clean. I was expecting my security deposit back and I did not receive it cause I was charged for some towels and bed sheet that was stained $225 dollars not fair! Even tho we fixed the broken handle on the stove and our door went bad since the fridge didn't keep our food cold enough. I did not want to complain cause I really they wasn't gonna play me with my deposit but that was very unfair all of that comes off in the wash I'm sure "

"The hotel was excellent! Very clean, modern, and had all the amenities required for a comfy stay. The location was very easy to access via public transport from the airport. It’s in the heart of downtown so it’s very easy to walk around to all the attractions that San Fran has to offer. Bonus: it’s right next to the trolley station so you get great access to it. We loved it here! "
