“The staff are friendly and helpful, and the room is clean. However, I stayed here for 3 weeks and the laundry room was always out of service. This is unacceptable. Had I known this before I arrived, I would not have chosen this place. Additionally, the sound insulation is poor; I could hear loud snoring from my neighbor every night.”

“Overall a great stay. It's been a few years since we had an occasion to stay at the hotel, but it's been a part of our relationship since 2003 when we had our engagement celebration dinner at La Pastaia which we miss a lot! The room was spacious and clean, except for a few stains in the carpet that obviously could not be removed... LVF should be the next move! The bed was too hard for my husband, great for me. The toilet paper was 1-ply only, so that was a bummer also. I was disappointed that……
