A plus for me was the interaction with the owners goats, for me it’s a selling point, but for some that might be unwanted. The way the furniture is stuck in there is not comfort or tv friendly. Some issues we had: Upon arrival, my niece sat down on the sofa in a black cover up and when she stood up it was COVERED in pet hair.
