“Very comfortable, easy check-in, entire accommodation was well done; had everything we needed (loved the fold out table & chairs!); only ‘funny’ thing: age of Tiny House had all doors & floor on very slight slant-we laughed when our suitcase rolled away on its own!! But not bothersome at all! Overall good time!”

“This property was in a wonderful location of Savannah and walkable to so much. Very cute and comfortable place and the icing on the cake was the parking on the property. Perfect yard for pets also. We would recommend this place and would stay here again.”

“Everything was as advertised. Great location, we could walk to all attractions and a lot of restaurants. Easy parking. Good communication with host. Cottage is lovely and well maintained. Overall great stay in the historic district and beautiful Savannah.”

“Really great stay for friends or small family. The courtyard was a great amenity and the kitchen was fully stocked with what you would need to cook a meal. Excellent location - such an easy walk to Kroger and Forsyth park. The free shuttles were only a couple blocks walk. Downsides were thin wall with the adjoining rental unit (could hear someone coughing and TV past midnight) and somehow a pair of used women's underwear in the bathroom towel rack. The host did a poor job with providing check-in……

“This place was just as described and pictured. Very clean and well maintained. The AC units in every room were a great touch to keep us cool and comfortable in the sticky Savannah heat. They did well with the limited space available to make things comfortable and well stocked. The beds were comfortable, and the washer/dryer was a nice feature! The only complaint I would have is there is no place to store your clothing, there are a few hangers on an over the door hanging system, but thats it. So……

“EXCELLENT spot in Savannah anywhere you wanted to go it was a quick walk to it all! Check in and communication was super easy and the place was very clean. Definitely keeping this spot in mind for future weekend getaways to Savannah for me and my husband.”

“Adorable place in a great location. We didn't notice on the booking information there wasn't a dishwasher but made eating in with a family of 4 less than desirable (good thing Savannah has such amazing restaurants). A shade over the back bedroom skylight would improve the sleeping situation. Also, I'd suggest getting rid of the barstools and adding another comfortable chair to accommodate 4 people.”

“The location one block from Jones Street and adjacent to Bull Street is an excellent location in the very enjoyable, walkable city. The Carriage House was well maintained and offered expect attributes. This would be a be back if we were to return for a 3–4 day visit to Savannah. There was renovation work going on next door which a annoying - sounds issues. Other than that good choice.”

“My husband and I celebrated our honeymoon at this carriage house and it was disappointing. Not only was there garbage left behind from the last residents but the amount of maintenance work going on during our stay was incredibly annoying. Waking up to people trimming the plants under the windows, the exit door being blocked by workers’ vehicles, and having the courtyard soaking wet from pressure washers was not the stay we had imagined.”

“We loved the home. It was larger than we thought, very well maintained and in a great location. We would have loved a bed with a headboard as the bed kept moving away from the wall in the night and we would lose our pillows. Overall a great stay!”

“My two sisters and I took a trip to Savannah. We are all over 75 years old. It has been my dream to see Savannah. I chose this cottage because of the price and the reviews. We were not disappointed with the house. I would recommend the cottage to anyone.”

“This is a great location and a perfect place for couples who enjoy having a place within walking distance to many historic sites and restaurants in Savannah. It is also close to a couple of the orange trolley tour ($) stops. The cottage is cozy and comfortable so we didn’t mind having to delay our activities and watch some TV because of rain. If we ever head back to Savannah, we hope this place is available.”

“Cozy little cottage just as pictured. Very clean and well maintained. Located adjacent to the owner’s property. Beautiful live oaks with Spanish moss, gardens and even chickens who supply some delish eggs! Quiet atmosphere away from the city. We’ll be back hopefully next spring! Property owner/manager very kind and helpful! Thanks for a memorable weekend!”
