“We had a wonderful stay at the apartment near Monterey Square and Forsyth Park in Savannah. We were there for a wedding near the park, and the unit was a five minute walk from there. It was very convenient. Check in was a breeze, the place was spotless, the beds were comfortable and it was great to have two full baths. The neighborhood was wonderful and the place had old world Savannah charm. We would definitely stay there again. Walter and Peggy”

“Beautiful historic property. Had all the amenities needed. Easy to walk the historic district and has many eateries near by. We struggled with the door lock initially but later got the hang of it. Owner/manager very responsive. Would definitely stay again.”

“Good for walking access to just about anything! Be ready for noisy nights as this is on the main drag so you have late night cruisers and parties. Not bad but be prepared. Quiets down late. We loved our stay and would come back!”

“Properties always look different in the photos. We liked the size of the apartment for 2 of us. Plenty of room. We felt let down by the shabbiness of the apartment though. Compared to similar properties nearby, ours was shabby back and front and needs updating. The back porch was tired too. The bath/shower needs attention. Standing water in bath when showering, and shower not thoroughly plumbed in. Bath was grubby. Good aircon which worked well. Not very close to town, but a nice 20 minute walk……

“The condo was in a great location. Centrally located to shopping, the riverfront, and restaurants. The basement condo made it easy to sleep in. The condo slept eight, but did not have ample living space or seating for eight. The living room and dining room sat eight into total. The dining room table sat four and the living room has four chairs and is very tight to get around. We stayed during Thanksgiving. The kitchen is poorly equipped. There were two butter knives in total. The other knives……

“The property was as pictured and the location was perfect for our group of 7 women as it is within easy walking distance to restaurants, city market and broughton street attractions. We did not have a vehicle and the unit was also close to your bus stops making it easy for us to navigate around Savannah. Wrights Bistro was right by our unit and turned out to be one of our favorite lunch spots. They have a great variety of sandwich’s, salads and desserts.”

“Spent a few days there with an old coworker/friend. Parking in street is difficult. All spaces were taken anywhere near us. Ended up using parking garage 2 blocks over and walking, which was not bad at all. The apartment is up 2 flights of stairs, which again wasn't bad. Just noting in case that may be difficult for someone else. We loved the apartment. It was judt what we needed!”

“The rental property was very nice and comfortable. The parking situation which we were unaware of was very difficult. When you are in your 70s and have to park in a deck and walk 6 blocks back to the rental it is VERY difficult. We could not get to the rooftop deck because the code wasn't correct. Also, the door leading to the stairs stayed open 24/7 and it does not feel safe at night. We did close it constantly, but it would be open in a short time. I would recommend this rental to younger……

“Pros: Great location, charming historic building, nicely renovated, great space for 2 people, Cute balcony, Communication with the owner was outstanding. Cons: bathroom and stand alone tub/shower is small. Curtains around Window a/c - makes it hard to keep bright street light out but found a solution by tying up bottom of curtain. Will definitely consider this when returning. The unit and the owner made it well worth it!”

“Great place! Clean, modern, great location in downtown Savannah, professional, attentive and responsive Hosts. Nothing to not like about this place. Water pressure left a lot to be desired, but I think that might be an overall issue in the area. THE place to stay if your ever I'm Savannah for a bit ”
