"The Eliza Thompson is a gem of a historic house, beautifully decorated with an old, charming and elegant character. Well located on E.Jones street, close to Forsyth Park and walkable in the touristic district. The staff showed that they really cared about the customers. Jennifer called us ahead of time to explain about the parking and helped us find a good spot to park. The breakfast was offered in the lovely garden courtyard and was fresh and delicious. "Lovely property, in a beautiful square with walking distance of Riverside & East Bay St.
Valet parking is available & very convenient if a little pricy (although we never checked the cost for parking in the next door multi storey car park)
We had a bag of laundry done for $20 on a same day service.
Convenient restaurant for breakfast just around the corner.
Would definitely recommend. "

"The stay was awesome and the views of the Savannah River along with the city were breathtaking. The staff was so helpful from valet to room service. The resort fee was well worth it. They provided a ferry ride across to River Street, bike cycles to ride, and poolside activities (the jumbo popsicles, and character balloons were a nice touch). Everyday when we arrived back to the resort my daughter loved that her bed was made up magically and all her stuffed animals were stage properly and ready for bed. "
