"Excellent location for convenience to the river district, restaurants, and other attractions. The lobby/bar area was attractive and comfortable. Staff was very friendly. The room was nice with top quality bedding. Daily valet parking of $48 is outrageous, but this appears to be the norm at most downtown hotels. If you don't mind dragging your bags a few blocks, park in a safe public garage for only $5/$10 a day on weekends. The hotel charges a $25 daily resort fee, but then gives you a daily...

"Rooms were pretty good, breakfast was well stocked and plenty of space to eat. Pool was closed down by the health department our entire trip, which was a huge disappointment! After walking around Savannah all day we were really looking forward to a swim. We would stay here again, only a 12 minute walk to River Street. "Overall we had a great stay. We were disappointed that the pool was closed for work but there were no signs and no notice from the hotel. Our grandson was telling all of the staff in the lobby that he was excited to go to the pool. They all agreed how much fun it would be but no one bothered to say the pool was closed. We found out when we walked out on the roof and saw workers and no water. "
