"It was a good experience. The hotel is very nice, very clean and the staff were great. The ONLY downside was a damaged chair that could have been a safety issue. The staff were notified and very receptive. I'm 100% confident the issue was addressed. I highly recommend this hotel. It's also on the historic Route 66. Several nice classic restaurants and bars within 5-10 minutes. "
"We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The only thing I wish they had was a spa near the pool. "
"My stay was fine and the staff was both friendly and helpful.
The Hotel is going through renovations, so that's the only reason why it doesn't have 5 Stars Across the Board from me.
However, I was in town for business and it was centrally located for my needs and budget friendly as my stay was only a few days. "
"Beautiful hotel. Didn't really interact with the employees so can't speak to service. The gate to get out of the paid parking garage doesn't not work with digital key. The pool is NOT open 24/7 like the app says. We would've changed our plans so we could get a swim in if we had known they closed the pool @ 11 p.m. Also, the elevators are finicky. We didn't get cookies, I guess because we didn't check in at the front desk. The rooms were clean and comfortable. "
