"The modern contemporary style of the hotel is what I liked the most. The fact that I had to get a bell hop cart and move my own luggage after I called down to the front desk for assistance is what I liked the least!!!"

I will forever measure every future hotel against the Embassy. It truly was my family and my favorite of all the places I have stayed. I think the only competition it may have is a themed Disney resort. "

"The hotel was exceptionally clean. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. We arrived a bit early and they had our room ready! Bed was comfy and the room was spacious. Breakfast was hot and yummy. Lots of options! We would definitely stay again. The only thing I feel compelled to say is the whole hotel smelled a little like men’s cologne. It made me sneeze. I think it’s the cleaning agent because the hotel is pet friendly. But it didn’t smell like dogs! All in all it was a good stay. "

"Excellent property with one drawback: parking. It took an average of 20-30 mins to find a parking space every time I returned to the hotel which was annoying. There should be spaces reserved only for guests. "

"Our suite was excellent but we only had 2 issues during our stay: 1. every morning this was no hot water to our room until after 7AM. 2. their mobile app for room service doesn't work - I ordered a coffee using the mobile app but it was never delivered. When I inquired about the order - they said what order? I responded with the order # and received what looks to be an automated response that they are busy helping others."
