“這間屋很舊，煮食用具又舊，沒有水煲，我住了3天，沒有人做清潔，沒更換厠紙，傢私電器產品太舊或無法使用，坐厠水力不足，不能冲下厠紙，花灑頭被水垢塞滿，只能出好少水。有一間主人房張床床辱好像紙皮一樣硬，抽油煙機不能抽煙，當煎一片肉就全屋都是煙。失敗之中的失敗。泳池像浴缸般大，不能容納5人。還有更多不能盡錄。。。”

“Upon booking, I was informed that the unit was not available. However, the property was able to accommodate us with another place in Tamuning. Although check was a bit difficult, the manager assisted us quickly. The unit was very clean and spacious. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again!”

“went to check in and was told my reservation wasn’t found, even though i was charged and had the confirmation email. Then was told i was supposed to check in the previous day and since i wasn’t there they gave the room away. My stay was, check in 11th leave the 15th and they gave my room away on the 10th without contacting me. ”

“Hello, the property needs renovation! I personally think these apartments shouldn’t be rented until they are all fixed properly! We didn’t stay there the whole 13 days we reserved it for because the apartment wasn’t nice at all! “The pictures associated with the property are not from the actual property, they are photo shopped. The property was nothing to write home about, but the beds were clean and the bathroom has recently been remodeled. The apartment served its purpose, a place to sleep and shower! It is conveniently centered on the island. Neighbors have about a million chickens that made noise all hours of the night. “The apartment was clean, spacious and had two bedrooms. The kitchen was well stocked with pans, pots and utensils. We did not use the tv so can't comment on that. The location is quiet, and close to the University of Guam which was great for our purpose. Dina responded quickly to my questions, and Queen was available if I needed anything during my stay.”
