2 star Americas Best Value Inn hotels in Columbia, Missouri

Although its not a 5 star hotel, the key components of a hotel stay was at my disposal. Convenience, right price, CLEAN, staff very hospitable, nice breakfast. I also like to give Pinna, the manager a heart felt THANK YOU! We arrived at the hotel hours before check-in and she offered accommodations so that my sister and I could freshen up and changed clothes for our 9:30 am appointment at no additional cost. Secondly, the heater wasn't working properly in our room, Pinna placed us in another room immediately. I couldn't have asked for better service. When in Missouri again, I will definitely stay at the American Best Value Inn! Again Thanks Pinna!!!!!

Hotel was ok. Like every hotel in Columbia, rates are raised at every hotel probably by 50%. That's the only thing that irks me. This room was fine. It has an external entrance so a Motel feel to it. Bed was very comfortable and I found this in a pinch when every other hotel was sold out.

My room had the basics as well as a refrigerator and microwave. The bed was very comfortable and the room was was acceptably clean. The man at the front desk was very pleasant and most helpful when the TV didn't work right. They had the most cable channels I've ever seen at a motel. If you're looking for fancy decor and decorator touches, this isn't it. If you're looking for a clean room to lay your head at the end of a long day, this will do fine. It was an excellent value for the room I had.
