“Easy to check-in and out. Location is great, close to old town. Room door is a little problem with noise when other room open or close. Maybe is because of air pressure but I didn't have a good sleep because of that.”

“Probably the nicest student residence I've stayed in yet. Furniture was in good condition, everything was clean, the bathroom was modern-looking. The location is good for catching the tram into the city or a reasonable walk from the historic centre. The area felt safe and open. I would recommend at least one more set of dishes, cutlery, glasses, etc., a towel for drying the dishes, and a pot or pan for using the stovetop. There is no A/C but the window opens wide to allow any breeze in. Overall,……

“Los baños y duchas están separados de la habitación, pero muy cerca y limpios”

“在這間小旅社入住5晚，優點是地點很好，距離火車與巴士總站近，穿過Galeria Krakowska shopping mall走路約15分鐘可到，距離老城區也近，走路約10分鐘內可到、接待櫃檯親切有禮，有提供行李寄存服務、多人房內有簾子設計，較有隱私感這點也很好。缺點是男女浴室廁所沒有分開，全部一起共用，例如女生吹頭髮時，旁邊男生在刮鬍子，這感覺實在有點奇怪，而且5間浴室卻只有2間可以使用，其他3間多數時間都鎖起來不給使用(唯一看到有開啟是在星期天早晨，晚上又鎖起來了) ，全部住滿超過30幾人卻只能共用2間浴室實在太少了，廁所也遇過沒有衛生紙的情況(為什麼不放一捲備用呢？) ; 此外房間沒有空調，夏季6點太陽西曬後很熱，持續到清晨才逐漸降溫，深夜與清晨窗外時常出現街上醉漢大聲唱歌咆哮吵鬧。”

“飯店位置非常好，對面就是火車和公車總站，還有購物中心，吃喝逛街的好去處。因離開那天搭晚上10：15夜巴前往Praha ,所以我們約9：45前往飯店領取寄放行李，非常方便。網路速度不錯快，因Krakow是我們東歐自助第一站，所以後續幾天的交通和住宿都在飯店上網訂購。飯店很學院，房間和浴室非常乾淨，櫃檯工作人員效率高，請他們印出Salzburg到Ljubljana的火車訂購單，他們馬上幫忙，真的很感謝。飯店有附電茶壺，讓在寒冬旅遊的我們有熱咖啡，熱茶和熱水喝覺得很溫暖。”
