“Good stay we have stayed here several times , and always bee. Satisfied, the bed was a bit worn like you could definitely tell were people had been laying. Still over all nice place and great staff”

“The lift broke down and my two children were trapped in the lift, which fell from the third floor to the first floor. Without an engineer, a resident helped, asking the staff to get the keys and help restart the elevator. Until the elevator restarted, the elevator went up to the third floor to the first floor again, the elevator doors opened, and no engineers came to the hotel. My children were crying and shaking, and no one asked if we were ok or hurt. I went to the front desk and asked them……

“My stay here was an amazing surprise. We booked online the day of our arrival. Feared being so close to Main Street would be a problem, it wasn’t. We were put in a huge king room that also had a queen in the room. Clean fresh room. The place is lovely and well appointed. There was a large enough table to seat 4. They even provided a pkg of microwave popcorn. Small children’s play area wasn’t being used but is available. Season was not good for using the hot tub. Heber is small so there……
