Nice hotel with ability to cook own food.Posted Jun 25, 2015
Cons: The rooms were super cold and anytime the air was turned off or made warmer...the floors would become wet.
Location: very nice location.
I was a bit disappointed in reservation error. I booked 2 rooms and was only reserved for 1 due to date mishap. The staff tried to make it seem it was my error. They should have accepted it was their fault.

The hotel is close to the beach. Walking distance.Posted Jun 15, 2015
Pros: The beach is from walking distance. You can do your exercises very easy.
Cons: Dinner stops at 21.00. The food was 2 feet away and still I had been refused to take it to the room. Although it shall it shall be paid for.
Location: Location is great. Lots of shopping centers and hotels/resorts nearby.
First stay at this hotel. But been to Aruba since 1975. For business purposes and relaxing.

Great locationPosted Jun 8, 2015
Pros: Cleanliness, shuttle service and location.
Cons: Need to upgrade the front desk personnel big time. You accept issues due to the language barrier, but the basic computer skills were not there.
Location: Perfectly located mid way between downtown and the high rise hotels, easy access to beach, restaurants and shopping.
Great location and facilities provided are very nice, from the cleanliness of the rooms and the pool area's, to the restaurants. The beach is very quiet and just a short walk across the street from the hotel. However a few negatives though, the front desk staff is overwhelmed at check-in, took over one and half hours to check in, then to be told the room is not ready when it actually was, but housekeeping failed to communicate that info. Also, be prepared for an additional charge of $150 at checkout for energy charges, which I would not have minded if informed at check-in. I have stayed at two other hotels on the island where the employees acted like they enjoyed their job, but I can't say the same for this group, they acted like they were doing you a favor. The shuttle service is a wonderful idea for such a large property and is a welcomed site after a long day.

Expansive resort with many options.Posted May 25, 2015
Pros: Extremely well maintained.
Cons: Getting our bill processed at the Sea Breeze restaurant took a long time. It appeared that only certain people could process charges.
Location: Not a lot of time to fully appreciate the area.
Spent one day waiting for air transportation. Front desk staff made an effort to arrange to have our room ready early. Amenities were top drawer and the room was great. The Windows restaurant was a wonderful experience and the wait staff very personable and accommodating. Would consider scheduling a week's visit in the future.

Heavenly.....Posted May 13, 2015
Location: location was perfectly situated. beach was 1 second accross the street. we went to all the other divi properties and enjoyed their pools as well.
Hotel grounds were amazingly beautiful. Our room was perfect - clean, spacous, modern and had all the amenities we needed. the windows on aruba restaurant was excellant. I went to 10 other resorts to check them out and this was by far one of the best....the hyatt is still breathtaking but alot more expensive and they don't have balconies....i was thrilled with the divi golf and beach resort and would recommend it to anyone going to aruba.

Vacation at the Divi golf.Posted May 8, 2015
Pros: Golf carts and location.
Cons: Entertainment and more activities.
Location: Using all the other Divi property and the casino was close.
The Divi golf is very nice and beautiful I would stay there again. Check was good and quick, the only thing was, I asked for a top floor and ocean few did not get neither one of them, but was up graded from studio to a villa which was very nice. My air was not working when I got to my room I let the front desk know they could not fix it that day had to for the tech the next day, but the manager did offer to put me in another room for the night, they were very nice. I loved getting around in the golf carts great ideal. This resort just need more entertainment, and the pool bar need to stay open longer, but being able to use all the other Divi property was great.. The food was good prices, but taste just ok. Most of the workers was friendly.g

Great hotel, not great servicePosted May 3, 2015
Pros: Beautiful rooms, well-appointed kitchen, beautiful landscaping.
Cons: The service
Location: It is right across the street from the beach, and a short- drive to downtown Oranjestad. Nearby is mostly water activities.
We had booked a one bedroom villa for our stay. We arrived at the hotel 2 hours before check-in, which was at 4 pm, so they made us wait because our room had not been cleaned yet. When we finally were allowed in our room, it was big and beautiful. But, the floor had not been swept or mopped (the floor is all tile) and there were crumbs on the counter. So disappointing to make us wait 2 hours for our room to be cleaned, and then it wasn't really cleaned. There were not enough towels in the bathrooms, and for some reason they took our bath mat and never returned it. The kitchen is fairly well appointed. Getting to a supermarket is not easy if you don't have a car, but it saves tons of money because the restaurants are very expensive. The bed is very comfortable, and the pull-out couch was not bad. The bathrooms are spacious and even have a whirlpool tub. There were two patios that looked off onto the golf course, which was quite pretty. The ceiling fans do not really work well, they spin but don't make the air circulate. But the air conditioner does work well. Sometimes the staff have a hard time understanding English, so it didn't seem like they understood our questions. There are extra fees attached to the final bill, taxes, environmental fees, and tips for the restaurants. We wanted to check out one hour later then check-out time, but they would not budge at all. Overall the hotel is beautiful, but I wish the staff was more cooperative and service-oriented.
