Pros: Nice staf
Cons: Internet access need to be better

Bad area

Posted Sep 8, 2014
Pros: Clean. Comfortable.
Cons: Cabinets needed some repair.
Location: Civic Center, walking distance to Publix, Walgreens and downtown.
This motel is fine to stay in if you need a place to sleep and shower and travel by car to and from but if you plan on walking to your destination beware. There is a homeless shelter to the west. The hotel has security and a fence surrounding the property and the homeless mostly stay away but it is concerning. We walked towards Piedmont and stayed off Courtland.

It's closer to Coca-Cola Museum. Also, there is near to downtown.

went to 3 different rooms before we were satisfied

Posted Aug 26, 2014
Pros: convenience to locations, the laundry facility and kitchenette....that was the best thing.
Cons: keeping rooms clean
Location: located right next to homeless shelter. all you saw was people laying around on the street. rather scary. there was security on the hotel premises
went to 3 rooms . first, beds were unmade, 2nd room bedsheets dirty and had a condom on them. 3rd room we decided was ok enough. staff tried to accomodate us. cleaning staff not that great

You can sleep, and feel safety.

We didn't like this hotel. No housekeeping for 3 days. They have security services, very nice. Everything are close to the hotel, for us.

This was the worse hotel I've ever had EVER!

Posted Aug 15, 2014
Worse experience ever. I may not ever use Expedia again. It was dirty. It was a motel/halfway house. There was a major homeless problem. The key card did not work so I had to get security to let me in and out. It was so bad that i left and found another hotel. I'm so disappointed with Expedia about this.

Very sketchy neighborhood.

The room itself was dirty and the bed sheets had brown stains on them which indicated that they haven't been cleaned in a long time. The inside if the sink was rusty and beneath the sink was filled with water stains. The lack of presentation and cleanliness just makes you uncomfortable. I got "clean" towels with balled up hair attached to them and the door seemed broken. The street itself was crowded with homeless men and women and I felt very unsaf
