Talk about ghettoPosted Jul 13, 2015
Pros: Well Uber came out there
Cons: Um, everything.
Location: Midtown location and try not to get mugged by any creepy homeless guy walking within the premises
Hotel is cheap and looks cheap. There are homeless people everywhere as well as trash on the road in front of the hotel. The staff working there is unprofessional.

Only two of the staff members were pleasant.Posted Jul 6, 2015
The midnight security guard was the best representative on the property and he worked for an outside agency. You just can't operate a business today for long in the hospitality business with such ineffective staff members. They were the worst I can ever remember.

convenient location, everything else questionablePosted Jun 22, 2015
Pros: The location was convenient, the hot water worked well
Cons: Everything else
Location: Downtown Atlanta and Midtown are both just a couple of minutes away
The expression that says, "you get what you pay for," rings true again. There is a guard with whom you have to check in each and every time you return to the property. I think that speaks volumes. I have never been a fan of properties that co-mingle temporary guests and more "long-term" residents. This is one of those. You will not want to walk beyond the parking lot or even look out of your window. The room was not really cleaned very thoroughly. When I walked in, the toilet was clogged. The shower curtain was mildewed. The towels were thin and dingy, and I didn't want them anywhere near my face. Towards the end of my stay I even saw a few roaches. There were spider webs in the lamps shades. The pictures of the laundry facility that you may see online were surely taken the day the property opened. I could go on, but I think you get the picture...

horrible neighborhood without InternetPosted Jun 7, 2015
Pros: convenient public transportation
Cons: Internet, room facility, room service, etc.
Location: close to Peachtree St. and many attractions, within walking distance
The neighborhood is beside a homeless shelter, so it's a scary and nasty neighborhood. No Internet, nasty room service and wet room.
