“some insects are crawling in bed. one of our guests had diarrhea probably because of the water. toilets are not clean. mirrors in the toilet are not clean, just saying the caretakers did not prepare for occupancy. location was awful- we need to pass a narrow dirt road with people living in the area. Cashier is located far from the resort rooms. Neighboring resort was noisy.”

“Bad location, you go through a very rough and dangerous road, very far from everything and difficult to locate.The house is too small and dangerous to stay because of the location , when there is a storm or strong wind , just like when we stayed, the house rattles and you cannot sleep with the noise of the roof.The kitchen utensils are dirty, soaking with water when we arrived so you cannot trust the rest are clean.The cottage does not provide something in case of brown out ( no electricity when……

“My family had a wonderful time in this beachfront property. Direct access to the clear turquoise patar beach offering inviting warm swimming waters even at 5 am is just magical. We mostly had the wide strech of the beach for ourselves during our 3 days stay ecxept for a few locals and fresh fish vendors passing by. We enjoyed dining in the nipa hut ouside the villa as well as the videoke rental in the property. The care takers were nice and responsive. The 2nd bathroom is actually outside the……

“The living room AC was not working. There are no shower curtains causing water splash all over bathroom causing slippery floors( a safety hazard). The master’s bedroom bathroom commode leaked. ”

“The property did not meet our expectation. With its price in the area, it was so costly.. Don't go to the property during rainy season. It is flooded. My family and I were disappointed to see the flood right in front of the unit. We arrived at past 4pm and we could have spent the rest of the day roaming around Alaminos.. But instead, we chose to stay in the house because of the flood outside.. The owner, though was very helpful in giving us tips although we havent had the chance to meet.”

“I had high hopes for this hotel. It’s not worth what we paid for. You’re basically paying for an overpriced cabin that has moldy toiletries, and really bad service. No one was even there to welcome you. This was by far the worst hotel I’ve stayed in the Philippines. Please don’t waste your time or money! If you’re in Alaminos you might as we’ll go to Thunderbird resort for the experience & great service. ”

“The rooms weren’t entirely spectacular but they roomy and clean and air conditioning worked amazingly. What was absolutely spectacular was the back area overlooking the ocean. And the beach area itself. My family enjoyed snorkeling so close to hotel. I would love it if they picked up the trash around the beach area. But overall it was a great stay. Staff was very serviceable and friendly. ”
